The problem
Bangladesh has hundreds of thousands of 'f-commerce' sellers — businesses that live entirely on a Facebook page. Orders arrive in DMs. Payments are cash-on-delivery. Fake orders waste courier fees. Going 'proper' meant hiring a developer, buying hosting, and stitching together payment and courier accounts — weeks of work and real money before the first sale.
What we built
A no-code platform where a merchant picks a template, adds products, connects a domain, and is selling in minutes. Under the hood it's a single multi-tenant system: isolated store data, per-plan feature gating, themed storefronts, one admin panel.

The hard part

COD fraud
When payment happens at the door, fake orders are an economics problem. We screen orders against courier delivery history and flag risky ones before the merchant pays for a failed delivery.

Multi-tenancy
2,400+ stores share one codebase but nothing else — tenant-scoped data, custom domains, per-plan limits enforced at the API layer.

Localization
Bengali-first UI with English toggle; SMS and Telegram, because that's where merchants actually live.
